    Job Title: Strategic Business Unit Head - ERP Sales Experience: 8 yrs. Territory: Vadodra, Gujarat Job Summary: We are seeking a competitive and trustworthy Sales Manager to help drive our business activities in the ERP sales sector. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ERP sales within the manufacturing segment, demonstrating a consistent track record of long-term employment. Your role will involve discovering new sales opportunities, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and can confidently reach out to potential customers to showcase our products and services, we want to meet you. Ultimately, you will help us exceed business expectations and contribute to our rapid and sustainable growth. Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. - Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media platforms. - Set up meetings with potential clients to understand their requirements, wishes, and concerns. - Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on our products and services. - Generate regular reviews and reports with sales and financial data. - Represent the company at exhibitions and conferences to promote our products and services. - Negotiate and close deals, effectively handling complaints or objections from clients. - Collaborate with team members to achieve better results and drive sales performance. - Gather and share feedback from customers or prospects with internal teams to improve our offerings. Requirements: - Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a relevant role within the ERP sales industry. - Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong knowledge of MS Office and experience with sales software. - Demonstrated experience in planning and implementing successful sales strategies. - Extensive experience in customer relationship management. - Proven ability to manage and direct a sales team effectively. - Hands-on experience in selling ERP software, specifically in the manufacturing segment, is highly desirable. - Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques. - Fast learner with a passion for sales and a self-motivated, results-driven approach. - Aptitude for delivering engaging and informative presentations. - Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
