We seek to extensively engage with clinical communities to communicate product improvements and prioritise environmental, social, and governance considerations across the business and workforce.Pharmanovias therapeutic areas include Cardiovascular, Oncology, Endocrinology and Neurology.About the role:As Supply Chain Data Analyst, you will act as the Supply Chain support for our ERP/MRP, SAP S/4 HANA, and support the Supply Chain team with day-to-day SAP tasks, and ongoing SAP projects, and other related projects, to support the high growth of the business.You will have several years experience working with SAP, and analysis systems such as Power BI, and will be confident with Supply Chain processes. Experience working with other ERP systems is desirable, but not essential.Reporting directly to the Supply Chain Manager, you will be part of the Supply Chain and Operations Department with its ethos of continuous improvement, refining systems and creating efficiencies. This, along with the rapid growth of the business, leads to a varied and dynamic working environment.Main responsibilities and duties: Supporting process and control over ongoing stock management, liaising regularly with both Finance, Quality, and Supply Chain Working with Supply Chain to support internal reporting improvements Working with external contractors, and other departments, for any future SAP improvements Updating SAP SOPs, and training internal colleagues on new, and updated processes Facilitating the Master Data Management updates for Supply Chain Build complex excel based SC models & reports as requested by Line Manager & HOD Extract data from SAP, and convert for reporting Supporting Supply Chain Data Team with KPIs and Continuous Improvement projects Support the smooth running of the Supply Chain Department and encourage a collaborative environment within the teamWhat we are looking for:Candidates with proven experience in ERP/SAP and an excellent command of Excel are likely to have the skills and knowledge required to be successful in this role.
