Minimum 0-2years experience in Logistics / Supply ChainKRAResponsible for the location Inventory & MaintenanceResponsible for Maintaining Minimum Stock (MOQ) in Regional Hubs & EngineersSpares Dispatch To ATM/CRM sites for Local (NCR region) & out location tickets against MR received from Help Desk Team on real time basis.Requesting & getting statutory Documents (Invoice/DC/BTN/Waybill) from Finance on Real Time Basis for spares movementsMonitor usage of BTN and waybill within the validity period.Co-ordination with courier / transporters / Bikers / Runners for spares Delivery.Update spares ETA & Delivery status to Help Desk Team by Mail & in ERP on real time basisProvide ETA for every part request within 30mins.Arrange to move parts from other location if not available locally.Follow up with CE/CRA , Bank & Courier till the spare get delivered.Make ERP entries for the parts Movement from Respective Stocking WarehousesReverse pickup of faulty parts from sites once part is replaced.Coordinating with Banks and Courier for Reverse Pickup within 48hrs after part replacement.Screening faulty parts upon receipt from Field and update in trackerMaking stock return entry in ERP for faulty parts once received & screened .Move faulty parts to TRC Team for repair & make Stock transfer entry in ERP.Barcode Scanning the spares for inward & outward movementDaily Reports to Supervisor for all the above activities in the required formatMonthly ReportsQualification: Any DegreePlease share ur cv on whatsapp 9886521843 HR MadanRole Logistics ExecutiveFunctional Area Purchase / Logistics / Supply ChainEmployment Type Full Time, PermanentRole Category LogisticsEducationUG :Any Graduate in Any Specialization
