We are committed to innovation, excellence, and sustainability in the transformer industry.Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management within the transformer or related industries, with a focus on improving efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring timely delivery of products.Qualifications Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Masters degree or professional certification (e.g., APICS, CSCP) is a plus. Proven experience (5 years) in supply chain management, preferably within the transformer or industrial manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, inventory management, logistics, and procurement. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in supply chain management software and ERP systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning: Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with company goals and objectives. Analyze market trends and forecast future supply chain needs. Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with suppliers and vendors. Negotiate contracts and terms to ensure cost-effective procurement and timely delivery. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels to balance supply and demand. Implement inventory control practices to minimize stockouts and excess inventory. Logistics Coordination: Coordinate logistics and transportation to ensure efficient and timely delivery of materials and products. Optimize shipping routes and methods to reduce costs and improve delivery times. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within the supply chain. Implement best practices and technologies to enhance efficiency and productivity. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including production, sales, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless supply chain operations and address any issues that arise. Risk Management: Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential disruptions in the supply chain. Monitor and respond to any supply chain challenges or disruptions. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present reports on supply chain performance, including key metrics such as lead times, cost savings, and supplier performance.
