Job Description

    Description:The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of our marketing operations. Your duties will include planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks. Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in marketing, art direction, and social media management. In addition to being an outstanding communicator, you will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.The Desired Candidate profile should have the following -Strategic Planning and Execution - Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve the companys business objectives. Identify market trends and insights to optimize spend and performance based on the insights. Plan and execute all digital marketing activities, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.Team Leadership and Development - Lead, manage, and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals. Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support professional development. Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.Campaign Management - Oversee the creation, implementation, and management of digital marketing campaigns. Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Track and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.Budget Management - Develop and manage the digital marketing budget. Allocate budget across various channels and campaigns to maximize ROI. Monitor expenses and ensure financial efficiency.Client Relations and Communication - Act as the primary point of contact for key clients and stakeholders. Understand client needs and ensure that digital marketing strategies align with their goals. Provide regular updates and reports to clients on campaign performance and progress.Analytics and Reporting - Utilize analytical tools to track and measure campaign performance. Generate insights and reports to guide decision-making and strategy adjustments. Present findings and recommendations to senior management and clients.Innovation and Continuous Improvement - Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies. Continuously seek ways to improve digital marketing processes and outcomes. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance the firms digital marketing efforts.Collaboration and Coordination - Work closely with other departments (e.g., sales, product development) to ensure alignment and support for digital marketing initiatives.
