Title :- Unit Sales Manager- Health AgencyJob Responsibilities: -Recruiting agents and providing regular training for selling insurance policiesAchieving the targets assigned and maintaining sound relations with the clients and agentsAchieving assigned PMS target through intermediaries mappedLicensing, tracking and activation of the agentsMaintaining sound relationships with the agents and provide regular product and process training to themPlaying the role of a problem solver and actively resolve issues and queriesHold regular meetings with agents, Lead providers, intermediaries on a regular basis and maintaining records of the same in a planned and systematic manner.Minimum Experience: 1-8 yearsQualification: Graduation (Any stream)Type of position: Full TimeIndustry preferred :- SAHI, LI, GI, Banking, Pharma, Telecom, Mutual Funds
