We are looking for an Admin and HR manager for our new facility with subsidiary JaCaCo private limited. This company focusses on personal care and food products with a special focus on consumers. It is a young and collaborative environment with scope for establishing systems, so we need someone with enthusiasm and willingness of patiently setting up these systems from experience of their past jobs. The JAOL Group aims to provide end-to-end solutions across the value chain through collaborative efforts and teamwork.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site User Experience Manager role located at Jarod at JaCaCo Private Limited (A JAOL subsidiary). The User Experience Manager will be responsible for leading all user experiences for human-computer interaction to experience of the customer that will interact with our product physically, essential skills of design thinking, user research, UX research, and user experience (UX) activities would be necessary. Duties include overseeing the development of user-friendly products and interfaces to enhance customer satisfaction.Qualifications Human Computer Interaction and Design Thinking skills Curate the Customers experience with all our products. Come up with Creative Solutions using Data to back decisions User Research and UX Research expertise User Experience (UX) design proficiency Experience in developing user-centered design strategies Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Bachelors degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Computer Science, or related field Experience in consumer product space is a plus Massive plus if experienced in packaging design,
