    Job Title: Video Marketing SpecialistLocation: Vadodara OfficeJob Type: Full-TimeShift: General ShiftReports To: Marketing ManagerJob Summary:We are seeking a creative and results-driven Video Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and distributing video content to support our marketing strategy. This role requires a deep understanding of video production, marketing analytics, and the ability to create compelling video content that aligns with the companys brand and drives customer engagement, conversions, and awareness.Key Responsibilities: Content Creation: Produces photos and videos according to briefs and project plans. Technical Execution: Operates cameras, lighting, and other equipment. Post-Production: Edits and post-processes photos and videos, ensuring high-quality output. Collaboration: Works with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver content that meets their needs. Research & Trend Analysis: Researches visual content trends and best practices. Equipment Maintenance: Maintains and manages photography and videography equipment.Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, Film Production, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience (2 years) in video production and video marketing. Strong proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc.). Experience with video hosting platforms (YouTube, Vimeo) and knowledge of SEO for video content. Solid understanding of video marketing analytics and the ability to make data-driven decisions. Strong attention to detail, creativity, and storytelling skills.
