Min. 5-7 Years of Experience in Handling/Managing the Whole Warehouse Operation (Including Egg Stores, RM, FP, and Distribution of same to all India Warehouse with company Policies and Procedure meeting all Commercially acceptable practice (Unloading, Inward, GIN, Storage, Issue, Payment, Transport coordination, Loading Planning, SAP Documentation Including Permit) and Environmentally Safe manner. Good oral, written communication, and interpersonal skills - ability to motivate, develop and Coach people. Strong team contributor. Hands on Experience on ERP system (SAP) and Problem-Solving Skill in SAP (MM & SD). Should have good potential for learning & Excellent Team Player willing to put efforts till the problem lasts. Demonstrated ability to operate in an interrupt-driven environment, manage multiple tasks simultaneously (if required) and creatively solve problems. Able to understand and translate customer problems & needs into solution. Strong customer focus and attention to process improvement in warehouse management. Valid 4-wheeler driving license is an added advantage.Job Profile: Responsible for Warehouse & Manufacturing Operations management. (Inward to process to Outward) Ensure proper Documentation for Inward of materials (Raw Material, Packing Material, Spares Parts and Consumables) and check for variances. Work closely with Operation team for daily routine job and ensure job has done. RM, PM, WIP, FG materials movements and updating inventory records as per physical movement of material. RM, PM movement from Warehouse to production area based on requirements. (Physical and Books updating) FG shifting from production area to Warehouse rack and dispatch as per instruction. (Physical and Books updating) Co-ordinate with operation shift team for Daily production count and coordinate with team for related activities. Monitor & Measure of Good receipt verification & clearing the necessary documents for further processes. Overall responsible for Proper Storage & Retrieve Upon Requisition of Material per Classification of RM, PM, Engineering Items & follow the FIFO Prepare Excel sheets and record updating on day today basis as per instruction. Ensure the cycle count process in warehouse and operation on monthly basis and submit the report the concern persons timely manner. Physical counting of Material during month & Year end and report to concern team. Responsible for Scrap Management & Job work Activity and reconcile with Supplier against each conversion on Monthly balance. Ensure materials has been dispatch based on require delivery date basis to customers and related documents has sent to customers on timely manner. Ensure timely Vehicle Unloading / Loading to Avoid Detention Charges for Vehicle. Ensure active Participation in internal audit and accurate stock records are kept for Various Audit by conducting Quarterly / Yearly stock verification and adjustment / disposal with Justification as per Business Practice. Support to other functional related activity as per guidance. Ensure 100 % Compliance of Company Core Value. Update MIS / KPI as provide and meet organization goal. Very good skill on MS Office, communication, SAP, Should be able to Meet the Company Core Value. Good Listener as well as Effective Communicator. Knowledge of 5S, Problem Solving will be an added advantage.CTC: Rs.2.40Lpa to Rs.3.50Lpa (Depends on current CTC, relevant work experience & qualifications) Key Skills: Very good skill on MS Office, communication, SAP, Should be able to Meet the Company Core Value.
