Job Description

    You will be responsible for achieving individual sales targets and implementing strategies to enhance the stores profit at Malabar Gold & Diamonds. Your key responsibilities will include:- Greeting and receiving customers warmly, engaging with them to understand their requirements.- Directing customers to various product counters, introducing different products, and influencing their buying decisions.- Driving sales through suggestive selling and building customer confidence.- Conducting remote selling activities like sales through video calls to maximize customer reach.- Performing priority selling for aged stock to minimize it while maintaining customer satisfaction.- Cross selling and cross promoting to HNI customers across all product categories.- Handling customer queries and complaints effectively with the right solutions.- Providing excellent customer service by educating customers on Malabar Promises and product details.- Packing products in front of CCTV cameras for online orders to maintain security protocols.- Handling customer returns and old gold by cross-checking terms and conditions and performing quality checks.- Gathering customer feedback and sharing it with the Manager for business improvement.- Ensuring accurate entry of customer details after purchase to maintain an accurate customer database.- Checking product details, weight, and invoice accuracy post-sale to provide customers with the right product information.Additionally, you will inform customers about special offers, enroll them in schemes, and support them in the scheme opening process. You will also coordinate customer order placement and stock management by tallying stock daily, transferring it to the locker, ensuring timely stock replenishment, and maintaining visual merchandising guidelines. Your role will involve generating customer leads, increasing footfall, inviting customers to events, and supporting in-store event management and product exhibitions. You will also stay updated on competitor products and market trends, assist in BTL marketing, adhere to grooming standards, follow SOPs, and prepare sales reports for Senior Management. As a Junior Executive at Malabar Gold & Diamonds in Vapi, Gujarat, India, you are required to have an HSC qualification, be below 30 years of age, and have 2 to 3 years of experience in retail sales. The salary range offered will be as per industry standards in INR.
