• Lead incident investigations and prepare detailed reports with recommendations for corrective actions
• Oversee safety training programs for all employees and contractors
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure safety compliance in all operational activities
• Provide leadership and guidance to the safety team, promoting a culture of safety awareness and accountability
• Stay updated on industry best practices and recommend continuous improvements to the safety management system.
