    Roles and responsibilities : 1. Sales Strategy and PlanningMarket Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.Sales Targets: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Forecasting: Predict sales trends and adjust strategies accordingly to meet market demands.2. Sales ExecutionProduct Knowledge: Have in-depth knowledge of the companys products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to clients. Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close sales deals.Order Processing: Oversee the order process from initiation to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.4. Distribution and LogisticsInventory Management: Monitor stock levels to ensure product availability and prevent shortages.Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely and efficient product distribution.Retail Audits: Conduct regular visits to retail outlets to ensure proper product placement and adherence to company standards.5. Reporting and AnalysisSales Reports: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including performance metrics and progress towards targets.Market Insights: Analyze sales data to identify patterns and insights that can inform future strategies.Feedback Loop: Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer preferences, and product performance.6. Team CollaborationCoordination: Work closely with marketing, finance, and product development teams to align sales strategies with overall company goals.Training: Participate in training programs to stay updated on sales techniques and product knowledge.Mentoring: Support and mentor junior sales staff, sharing best practices and strategies.7.
