Job Summary Job Role :To achieve the sales targets by engaging with the customers and assisting them to choose the jewelry and completing the sales transaction in line with the Company SOP.- Responsible to achieve the individual sales target and executing the companys strategies to enhance the stores profit.- Receive the customer in a welcoming manner and engage with them to understand their requirements.- Provide excellent customer service, educate customers on benefits Malabar Promises and product details to ensure customer delight in each sale.- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with the Manager for business improvement.- Report the sold stock to the section head for maintaining inventory; ensure timely stock replenishment.- Generate customer leads and increase customer footfall.- Acquire knowledge in all sections of the store such as billing, cash, OMS, packing, etc.- Assist in BTL marketing.Skills Required :- Ability to sell- Self-motivated and driven by targets- Excellent communication skills- Customer service skills
