Job Description

As a Field Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our sales performance. Your primary responsibility will involve identifying new sales opportunities, closing deals effectively, and meeting sales targets. By engaging with clients, generating leads, and managing product/service sales, you will significantly contribute to revenue growth. Additionally, you will be required to stay informed about market competition through thorough research.Your key responsibilities will include utilizing various sales techniques to secure deals, such as door-to-door sales, cold calling, and presentations. You will also be expected to visit potential retailers and distributors for sampling purposes, carrying samples weighing 15-20kg daily. Building strong and enduring relationships with clients and retailers, achieving personal and team sales goals, attending relevant events and training sessions, and providing detailed feedback to management are integral parts of your role. Furthermore, expanding the client database within your designated territory will be essential.The ideal candidate for this role should possess a proven track record in sales, exceeding quotas consistently, and be willing to carry heavy sample weights daily. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, along with self-motivation, are crucial for success. A BA/BS degree or equivalent qualification is required.This is a full-time position that offers benefits including cell phone reimbursement, leave encashment, paid time off, and provident fund.
