Job Description

As a Sales and Marketing professional at our company, your main role will be to promote and sell our Paints & Putties products to dealers, distributors, and other interested parties within the community. You must have at least 3 years of experience in handling Channel Sales and be able to implement all promotional activities effectively.Your key responsibilities will include:- Achieving Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Sales targets.- Creating healthy relations with new and existing project partners to encourage them to recommend our products to clients.- Finalizing orders by providing the best sales experience to clients.- Learning and resolving clients queries, ensuring they understand all technical and non-technical aspects of their projects.- Covering the assigned areas/territory and identifying new projects.- Utilizing good communication and selling skills to excel in your role.To qualify for this position, you should meet the following criteria:- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in the Decorative Paints & Putties manufacturing industry.- Qualification: MBA in Marketing or Any Graduate.- Result-oriented on a daily/monthly basis.- Presentable and fluent in English and the local language.- Experience in handling Primary and Secondary Sales.- Proactive approach and self-driven.- Market knowledge of the particular zone is a must.In addition to a competitive CTC, you will also be eligible for incentives and travel allowance.
