    Key Requirements:
    1. Experience:
      • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the Life Insurance sector.
      • A proven track record in achieving sales targets will be an advantage.
    2. Skills:
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
      • Strong interpersonal abilities to build and maintain customer relationships.
      • Professional personality with an ability to engage with banking staff and customers effectively.
    3. Age Criteria:
      • The candidate must be between 22 to 35 years of age.
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Business Development:
      • Work in close collaboration with partner banks to drive sales of life insurance products through their branches.
      • Identify and convert potential leads from the banks customer base.
    • Customer Relationship Management:
      • Provide tailored insurance solutions based on the financial needs of customers.
      • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through personalized service and prompt issue resolution.
    • Training & Collaboration:
      • Build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff.
      • Train and motivate banking personnel on product features, benefits, and sales processes.
    • Performance Monitoring:
      • Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
      • Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.
