Job Description

    As a Junior Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for managing clinic operations, optimizing patient flow, and ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations. The position is based in Vijayawada, Vizianagaram District, and requires 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience.You must have proficiency in staff management to efficiently lead and motivate a diverse team for optimal performance. Additionally, expertise in patient flow optimization is crucial to ensure a seamless and efficient experience for all patients. Solid knowledge of medical billing and coding is necessary to ensure accuracy and compliance in financial operations.Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) Systems will be beneficial in managing patient information securely and efficiently. An understanding of healthcare compliance regulations is essential to maintain adherence to industry standards and laws. Strong financial management skills tailored to the healthcare environment are required for strategic budgeting and cost control.Your commitment to quality assurance in healthcare is vital to ensuring that all services meet the highest standards of care and effectiveness. Familiarity with healthcare IT systems is advantageous to improve operations and patient care through innovative technology solutions.In this role, you will manage day-to-day operations of the clinic to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow at all times. It will be your responsibility to optimize patient flow and clinic scheduling to minimize wait times and maximize patient satisfaction. Supervising clinic staff, providing clear direction, mentoring, and evaluations to maintain a high standard of care is also part of the role.You will ensure accurate medical billing and coding processes to optimize reimbursements and financial performance. Maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations to ensure the clinic meets all legal and ethical standards is crucial. Monitoring clinic financials, including budgeting and expense management, for sustainable financial health is also a key responsibility.Implementing and overseeing quality assurance measures to continually improve clinic service and patient outcomes will be part of your duties. You will also coordinate with IT personnel to maintain and enhance clinic technological systems for improved efficiency.,
