Job Description

    As a Cluster Collection Manager in Vijayawada, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the collection activities within the designated cluster. Your key responsibilities will include:- Leading a team of collection executives to ensure timely recovery of dues- Developing strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce delinquencies- Monitoring and analyzing collection data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement- Liaising with internal stakeholders to address customer issues and escalations- Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirementsTo excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:- 4 to 6 years of experience in collections, preferably in the NBFC sector- Strong leadership and communication skills- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets- Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis toolsIf you are a motivated individual with a passion for driving results and have a background in collections, we encourage you to apply for this Full-time position with immediate joining.
