Job Description

    The Credit Manager position requires 3-5 years of experience and is based in Vijayawada or Kochi. As a Credit Manager, your responsibilities will include credit appraisal underwriting, maintaining appraisal quality and turnaround time for decision-making, meeting loan borrowers and applicants for personal interaction, providing training to internal team members and partners, preliminary screening of borrower profiles, understanding and implementing processes and policies, managing delinquency ratios, vendor management, knowledge of the mortgage industry and related risks, contributing to process improvement, developing recommendations to adjust credit policies, conducting risk analysis, analyzing the local market for fraudulent activities, maintaining relationships with customers, and managing teams effectively. You must have a basic knowledge of banking, excellent communication skills, be customer-oriented, a keen team player, self-motivated, and possess good people management skills. The job is full-time and offers benefits such as health insurance and provident fund. You should be able to commute to Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, or be willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package.
