Job Description

    As a Customer Relationship Manager at our company in Vijayawada, you will play a crucial role in maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction. Your proactive approach and customer-focused mindset will contribute to the business growth through excellent service and communication.Key Responsibilities:- Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers.- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly and effectively.- Act as the main point of contact between the company and clients.- Maintain detailed records of client interactions using CRM tools.- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, support, operations) to meet customer expectations.- Identify client needs and provide suitable solutions or escalate when necessary.- Follow up with potential leads and support client onboarding processes.- Work towards achieving customer satisfaction and retention targets.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.- 3 years of experience in customer service or relationship management.- Strong verbal and written communication skills.- Proficiency in using CRM software or client tracking systems.- Ability to handle customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.- Fluency in English is preferred.- Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.Note: This is a full-time position based in Vijayawada.,
