Job Description

    We are currently seeking Field Officers to verify insurance claims. Your main responsibilities will include meeting with claimants and hospitals to verify insurance claims, conducting cross-checks with doctors, and ensuring the quality of customer service by managing and enhancing relationships with customers. You will also be required to provide support with insurance-related issues such as claims handling, service, and policy inquiries.Ideally, we are looking for candidates with 0 to 2 years of experience in a relevant field. Any graduates are welcome to apply for this position. This role is part-time and suitable for freshers.The work schedule for this position is during the day shift, and the work location is on-site.,
