Job Description

    As a Key Accounts Onboarding Intern, you will play a vital role in helping onboard top restaurants and vendors onto our platform, ensuring a seamless integration process. This internship is perfect for someone passionate about the food industry, sales, and relationship management.Your responsibilities will include assisting in onboarding new restaurant partners onto the Fresho Zap Cart platform, ensuring they are properly set up. You will coordinate with the sales and operations teams to facilitate smooth transitions for these accounts. Gathering and verifying necessary documentation and data from restaurant partners will also be part of your role. During the onboarding process, you will provide support, address queries, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise. Maintaining strong communication with key accounts is essential to ensure their satisfaction. Additionally, you will help create onboarding materials and documentation for future use, and track and report onboarding progress and outcomes.Candidates who are available for a full-time (in-office) internship, can start between 4th Apr25 and 9th May25, are available for a duration of 3 months, are from Vijayawada, and have relevant skills and interests are encouraged to apply.This is an internship opportunity with a contract length of 3 months. The work schedule is during day shifts at the in-person work location.,
