Job Description

    As a Lead Full Stack Developer at INFYAIR PRIVATE LIMITED, you will be responsible for driving the architecture, strategy, and development of cutting-edge applications. Your role will involve leading the design and development of scalable full-stack applications using the MERN stack. Additionally, you will architect and optimize backend systems using Python, collaborate with the AI/ML team to integrate machine learning models, and provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentorship to junior developers.Your responsibilities will also include designing and managing RESTful APIs, data pipelines, and system integrations to ensure software quality through best practices in testing, documentation, and DevOps. You will coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with business goals.The ideal candidate for this position must have at least 3 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer with expertise in MERN and Python. You should have a proven track record of leading a team or project from concept to deployment. Deep knowledge of MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js, and strong backend development with Python and REST API architecture are essential.
