Loan Against Property (LAP) Sales Executive TumkurLocation:Vijayawada, Guntur Salary Range: 18,000 25,000 (Take Home) Attractive Incentives Experience Required: Minimum 6 months in any type of loan sales (Personal Loan, Business Loan, Auto Loan, Gold Loan, Home Loan, etc.)About the Role:We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Loan Against Property (LAP) Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Tumkur. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in loan sales and a strong passion for achieving targets while delivering excellent customer service.Key Responsibilities:
• Generate leads for Loan Against Property through open market, cold calling, references, and field visits.
• Meet and engage with customers to understand their loan requirements and explain product details.
• Collect and verify customer documents for loan processing.
• Coordinate with internal teams for loan approval and disbursement.
• Maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure repeat business.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Update daily activity reports and maintain MIS as required.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Education: Minimum PUC / Graduate (any stream).
• Experience: Minimum 6 months to 3 years in loan sales (LAP, Personal Loan, Business Loan, Credit Card, Gold Loan, or similar).
• Location: Must be currently residing in Vijaywada / Gutur.
• Skills Required:
  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Basic knowledge of loans and financial products.
  • Two-wheelerMust for field activities.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
