Act as a counselor for schools based at Vijayawada, AP 2. Provide counseling, instruction, and mentoring for those struggling with social, emotional, and behavioral problems 3. Promote wellness and social skills, problem-solving, anger management, self-regulation, self-determination, and optimism 4. Provide individual and group counseling services to meet the developmental, preventive, and remedial needs of students 5. Make social investigation/case histories of children through personal interviews and from the family, social agencies, and other sources 6. Present instructional/informational programs to groups of students, parents, and teachers (e.g., parent education programs, group guidance, and teacher in-service) 7. Increase childrens confidence and gain their trust to share their problems, help them cope with painful emotions, and deal with their difficulties in institutional life 8. Coordinate all counseling services for students and assist with the same 9. Adhere to the ethical standards of the counseling profession 10. Follow the laws, policies, and procedures which govern programs 11. Maintain an organized, functional, and up-to-date office/counseling center 12. Prepare psychological/clinical reports on traumatized children and counsel them 13. Develop and maintain the child profile with confidentialityRequirements:1. Masters in Psychology (must) 2.
