Job Description

    Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic Cluster Trainer to drive training and capability development across retail stores. The role focuses on enhancing sales performance, customer experience and operational excellence through structured training and on-ground coaching.Job Location:Chennai, Tirupur, Coimbatore, Madurai, Trichy, Vellore, Bangalore, Mangalore, Vijayawada, Hyderabad Responsibilities and DutiesTraining Delivery
    • Conduct induction and onboarding programs for new hires
    • Deliver structured classroom and on-the-job training across multiple stores
    • Facilitate training on Customer service excellence, Sales techniques & conversion skills, Product knowledge, Grooming & professional etiquette, Billing processes & SOP compliance, Store operations
    Capability Development
    • Enhance frontline sales and customer engagement skills
    • Coach store staff on selling behaviour and customer interaction
    • Support Store Managers in team capability building
    • Conduct periodic refresher and upskilling programs
    Training Needs Identification
    • Assess skill gaps through store visits and performance observation
    • Collaborate with Regional and Store Managers to identify development needs
    • Recommend targeted training interventions aligned with business goals
    Performance Coaching
    • Provide on-floor, real-time coaching to retail employees
    • Observe customer interactions and give constructive feedback
    • Support underperforming stores with focused training initiatives
    Training Operations & Execution
    • Plan and manage training calendars across the cluster
    • Maintain attendance records and training documentation
    • Track training effectiveness and employee progress
    • Ensure adherence to training compliance standards
    • Prepare and submit training reports and dashboards
    Field Engagement
    • Travel extensively across assigned stores for training delivery and coaching
    • Be flexible to work on weekends based on business needs
    Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:
    • 1to 5 years of experience in Retail Training / L&D / Sales Training preferably from Apparel / Textile / Fashion / Retail
    • MBA or Any Relevant Degree.
    • Willing to travel extensively across assigned locations.
