Job Description

    The Sales and Marketing department is looking for a candidate with at least 3 years of experience to promote and sell Paints & Putties products within dealer communities, distributors, and other interested parties. The ideal candidate should have expertise in channel sales, implementing promotional activities, and achieving sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing project partners to encourage recommendations for our products to clients.- Finalize orders by providing exceptional sales experiences and resolving client queries regarding technical and non-technical aspects of their projects.- Cover assigned areas/territories and identify new projects to maximize sales opportunities.- Demonstrate excellent communication and selling skills to effectively promote products.- Preferred candidates should have 2 to 3 years of experience in the Decorative Paints & Putties manufacturing industry, with an MBA in Marketing or any graduate degree.- Must be result-oriented on a daily and monthly basis, presentable, fluent in English and local languages, and have experience in handling primary and secondary sales.- A proactive and self-driven approach is essential, along with market knowledge of the particular zone.Perks and Benefits:- Incentives and travel allowance are provided in addition to the CTC.If you meet the above requirements and are passionate about sales and marketing in the Decorative Paints & Putties industry, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.,
