Job Description

    Job Summary:We are looking for a results-driven Senior Sales Officer to drive Loan Against Property (LAP) business through field sales. The role involves sourcing new customers, building channel partnerships, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory.Key Responsibilities:
    • Generate leads for Loan Against Property (LAP) through field visits and networking
    • Develop and manage relationships with DSAs, connectors, and real estate agents
    • Conduct customer meetings and explain product features, eligibility, and documentation
    • Evaluate customer profiles and coordinate with credit/operations teams
    • Ensure timely login and processing of loan applications
    • Achieve monthly and quarterly disbursement targets
    • Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and follow-ups
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
    Required Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of LAP / Mortgage products
    • Good communication and negotiation skills
    • Ability to work independently in a field sales environment
    • Target-driven with a proven sales track record
    • Basic understanding of credit and documentation
    Qualifications:
    • PUC or Any Graduate
    • Relevant experience in NBFC/BFSI sector preferred
