Job Description

You will be joining a dynamic new software startup in Vijayawada as a Technical Lead for the HS GLOBAL AI team. In this role, you will play a key role in building innovative solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include leading end-to-end projects, making strategic technical decisions, maintaining code and architecture quality, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring timely delivery. Your expertise in Python, JavaScript, Docker, and AI will be essential in driving the success of the projects. Strong communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English are crucial for effective collaboration with the team.**Key Responsibilities:**- Lead end-to-end projects- Make strategic technical decisions- Maintain code and architecture quality- Mentor junior developers- Ensure timely delivery**Qualifications Required:**- B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or related field- 3 years of software development experience- Expertise in Python, JavaScript, Docker, and AI- Fluent in Telugu, Hindi, and English- Strong leadership and communication skills- Good command of codingThe preferred candidate will be a local Vijayawada resident with a strong portfolio showcasing their previous work.
