Job Description

    JOB DESCRIPTION:
    • Support and manage the business by Recruitment & Training of Advisors.
    • Manage Advisor career progressions and create a pool of Premier Advisors
    • Procure fresh premiums through agents attached to you.
    • Drive profitable business by maintaining the desired product mix as prescribed by the company from time to time
    • Coach, Train and support the reporting managers (if any) as well as monitor and review agent performance on a regular basis
    • Ensure compliance to all internal processes and other compliance standards as set by the Company or the Regulator.
    • Ensuring that the IRDA (Insurance Brokers) Strengthen distribution by identifying potential leaders
    KEY SKILLS:
    • Should have high relationship building quotient
    • Should have capability to do Hiring agents
    • Problem solving and decision making capability
    • Influencing and selling skills
    • Aptitude for financial numbers
    • Good knowledge of market/ business and competition for experienced candidates.
    • Having Two wheelers would be an added advantage
