Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Should be responsible for entire Plant activities like Manpower, Machine operation and Maintenance
  • Should have knowledge on processing of PP/HDPE/LDPE/PET/ABS etc. in washing line & Extruder
  • Should be Responsible to for Sales of Recycled Plastics Granules/Products
  • Should have hands on experience in People management, Troubleshooting
  • Should be responsible for identifying sources of generation of Recycled plastic materials and plan for procurement
Key Result Areas:
  • Plant Operational effectiveness and Efficiency
  • On time production as per customer defined quality
  • Preparing and sharing accurate MIS reports
  • Responsible for Stocks and P&L of Site
  • Maintaining QA,QMS,HSE in plant
  • Preparing and Adhering to SOP for all processes
