Job DescriptionWe are looking for a forward-thinking and skilled AI & Machine Learning Automation Specialist to design and implement advanced automation solutions powered by artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies. This role will focus on developing intelligent systems that optimize workflows, reduce manual effort, improve decision-making, and enable data-driven business outcomes. The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, build scalable machine learning models, and integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems.Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models to automate decision-making processes and improve efficiency.
• Build and optimize machine learning pipelines for scalability, accuracy, and performance.
• Work with RPA and intelligent automation tools (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere) to integrate AI capabilities into business processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define automation requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Analyze structured and unstructured datasets to uncover insights, support predictive analytics, and drive automation use cases.
• Integrate AI solutions into cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise applications.
• Monitor, retrain, and fine-tune ML models to ensure continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with data security, privacy regulations, and ethical AI standards.
• Provide documentation, training, and support for automation solutions.
Qualifications
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or Java for building ML models and automation scripts.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras).
• Knowledge of data engineering, model deployment, and MLOps practices.
• Familiarity with API integration, cloud automation, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills
• Experience in natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or deep learning.
• Understanding of business process automation across industries such as finance, healthcare, and manufacturing.
• Exposure to continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Awareness of AI governance and responsible AI practices.
