• Assist in acquiring new customers as per assigned targets
• Support sales activities for banking/financial products (CASA, loans, cards, or services as applicable)
• Conduct follow-ups with prospective customers and convert leads
Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers
• Act as a point of contact for basic customer queries and service requests
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new customers
Account Opening & Documentation:
• Support account opening process by collecting and verifying KYC and required documents
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines
• Coordinate with operations teams for timely account activation
Cross-Selling & Upselling:
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell relevant products and services
• Educate customers on digital banking and other value-added services
Field & Market Activities:
• Conduct field visits when required to source leads
• Assist in local market activities, referrals, and business development initiatives
• Maintain knowledge of competitor products and market trends
Reporting & MIS:
• Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and customer interactions
• Update CRM systems and submit periodic activity reports
