Job Description

    Implementation Experience on Avaya Aura UC Portfolio Communication Manager, Messaging, Session Manager, System Manager, AES, SBCE, Utility Services, ADS, AADS, AMS, Avaya Control Manager anchoring professional services team whenever any work assignment is delegated. Analyzes call flow and works on dial-plan optimization and specific routing requests as defined by requests License Installations/Swap-out from RFA and PLDS) SIP line configuration and porting a new number from SMGR to CM Changing VLANs and DHCP scopes from utility server NTP IP or DNS changes on system Updating firmware and patch on phones and MGs Provides recommendation to the customer after validating recommendations by Tier-1 Engineer Uploads the downloaded files to the server and hosts the files in the correct location for the maintenance activity Works with Tier-1 Engineer and customer on issues related to the Carrier Server restarts that require deeper analysis of logs and further troubleshooting, IP Phone registration issues due to network/firmware issues Troubleshooting QoS issues in the network Second level of contact and troubleshoots alarms issues escalated by Tier 1 Engineer
Soft Skills: Good communications skills (written and verbal) Ability to work under pressure and deliver results with no or minimal escalations with focus on customer excellence. Comfortable to work in rotational shifts/Week offs ,
