Job Description

    We have an urgent openings for the position ofBranchManager in Direct vertical in one of the leading Life Insurance Company.
    • BranchManager in direct Vertical will be responsible for handling an on roll team of 8 -10 sales managers .
    • Build and train a high-performing front-line sales team to convert business leads generated by the call centre and branch operations teams.
    • Design and implement sales plans that enable the team to achieve their business targets effectively.
    • Monitor and review team performance regularly, providing guidance and support to ensure success.
    • Promote and sustain desired sales behaviours by leveraging digital sales management tools and processes.
