You will work with high-intent, pre-qualified leads and convert them into successful program enrollments.Role OverviewAs a Business Development Executive, you will guide parents and adult learners through their enrollment journey. You will connect with warm leads who have already attended a demo class, understand their learning goals, address their concerns, and help them choose the right program.Key Responsibilities1. Lead Engagement
    • Connect with 6570 qualified leads daily through calls and video sessions
    • Build strong rapport with parents and learners
    • Understand learning goals to provide personalized guidance
    2. Consultative Selling
    • Conduct high-impact 1:1 video counseling sessions
    • Present program benefits clearly and confidently
    • Handle objections and influence decision-makers to enroll
    3. Sales Lifecycle Management
    • Manage the complete sales cycle from first interaction to closure
    • Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain strong conversion rates
    4. Revenue Achievement
    • Achieve and exceed weekly revenue targets
    • Contribute actively to overall business growth
    5. Client Onboarding
    • Ensure a smooth transition from enrollment to program start
    • Maintain high customer satisfaction throughout the process
    6. Continuous Learning
    • Participate in structured sales training and coaching programs
    • Stay updated with industry trends and sales best practices
