• Experience in catalyst handling Services in refineries and petrochemicals, including activities such as Catalyst Change Out Such as unloading catalyst using high-pressure water jetting, inert entry, jack hammering, vacuuming, and loading catalyst using sock and dense loading technologies, among others. Monitors the activities inside the reactor to ensure safety and well-being of the Catalyst Supervisor / Technician inside the reactor and assists with handing and removing tools Competent in (inert) vessel entry equipment set-up and checks Proven ability to think and plan ahead. Prepares for the next steps to optimize productivity and reduce entry time Competent in overseeing suiting up of Catalyst Supervisor / Technician prior to entry Responsible for managing all liaison and coordination efforts related to the contract, acting as the contractors representative in communications with the client. Proven experience in contract management, with a strong understanding of contract clauses, including the ability to interpret, clarify, and ensure compliance with contractual terms. Coordinate and oversee contract activities, ensuring that all work is completed on schedule, within scope, and in adherence to established safety and quality standards. Proactively address and resolve performance and execution issues, ensuring that the execution of contract remains aligned with the agreed timelines, procedures, and contractual obligations. Prepare and present detailed progress reports, including risk assessments, cost updates, and performance evaluations, to both the client and internal teams. Manage all aspects of contract execution, from initial contract review to final implementation, ensuring the companys performance meets project requirements and complies with all contractual obligations.
