HR / Admin / PM / IR / TrainingJob DescriptionThis is regarding for job opening for one of our leading client into Pharma industry for Vishakhapatnam.Roles and Responsibility : Ensure smooth, timely and cost effective delivery of administrative & Facility Management services of the Site.Preparation and standardized SOPs for Administrative and Facilities Management services and Periodically review of process to ensure compliance in practice and enhance user satisfactionBudget for Administrative & Facilities Management and ensure Administrative functional expenditures are within the BudgetLead issue resolution process for all issues escalated with respect to contractual, administration, as well as addressing the financial and operational issues promptly.Oversee the management of external contractors / vendors and service providers pertaining to administration department to ensure the provision of housekeeping and facility services at optimal quality and cost by ensuring the organizational standards.Contract labour management of the site and monitoring the statutory compliance for the respective Contractor engaged for the admin and projects activities by LUPIN Limited, Visakhapatnam.Set in place processes to select and evaluate vendors and service providers in more transparent and effective manner and Track vendor service levels and periodic re - evaluation of vendors services and compliance standardsDrive the planning and implementation of Security Management within premises to ensure safety and security of all Assets and development and implementation of Security Policies & procedures. Ensure all security personnel are equipped with relevant instruments and trained in operating security activitiesOversee development and implementation of ground transportation and regular vehicle movement policy and procedureOversee the management of General Administrative activities like Cafeteria Services, Hospitality Management, Company Leased guest house accommodation & vehicles and ensuring provision of satisfactory services and ensuring the prompt payments to vendors. Monitoring Canteen, Bus service etc and ensure the availability of daily miscellaneous requirements of ADMIN function.To liaison with regulatory authorities and statutory bodies like FDA,Police, Government / agencies. Also, liaison with Legal department for any statutory compliance and assists them.Organizing and supervising routine office activities (e.g. event planning, recycling, renovations, facility management, Housekeeping , hygiene, monitoring the Pest control activities etc.)TECHNICAL /FUNCTIONAL SKILLS:Good communication skills (both written & verbal) in English & Hindi Planning & prioritizing the activities Proficient in MS office and computer skills Good knowledge of SAP with respect to job requirements Multi - tasking ability and time management skills Inter & Intra team coordination skillsBEHAVIORAL/MANAGERIAL SKILLS:Ability to work independentlyGood interpersonal skillsProactive and Focused professionalDesired Candidate :Contract labour management of the site and monitoring the statutory compliance for the respective Contractor engaged for the admin and projects activities by LUPIN Limited, Visakhapatnam.Drive the planning and implementation of Security Management within premises to ensure safety and security of all Assets and development and implementation of Security Policies procedures.
