We partner with marketing teams to enhance outcomes using insights from scaling and discovery initiatives.Responsibilities
    • Handle diverse data engineering tasks, including extraction, cleansing, processing, feature engineering, integrity checks, and dataset maintenance.
    • Prototype, architect, and build tools (web applications, software systems) to automate and/or scale marketing processes
    • Develop and deploy solutions to marketing problems using models based on machine learning, statistics, and optimization
    • Conceptualize and create datasets from raw data to be used for quantitative techniques and/or model building
    • Share findings with stakeholders to shape business and marketing recommendations, offering clear documentation of tools, methods, and datasets.
    • Be up to date on how Indeed products work (logging, tracking, etc) and business goals
    Skills/Competencies
    • 3 years of work experience in data science, machine learning, data engineering, or analytics roles
    • Proficiency in working with SQL and/or NoSQL database technologies
    • Working knowledge of algorithms and data structures
    • Proficiency with data toolkits such as PyData or Tidyverse
    • Understanding of underlying mathematical foundations of statistics, machine learning, optimization, and analytics
    *Education Requirement*: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Physics, Machine Learning, Math, Bioinformatics, Engineering, or equivalent work experience in a technical role
