    • The job needs to build knowledge and procurement activities related to Raw, packing, general and engineering materials, services and must be able to oversee these aspects and to assess impact of decision on the business of the company.
    • ABPSI is a production derived company with a focus on customer manufacturing resulting in simultaneous production of an important number of batches of different products. Flexibility is key to optimize production capacity; the multiple seamless projects make the planning and organization of the job for complex in a continuum production environment.
    Job Responsibility
    • Maintaining the purchasing policy and ensuring that all purchases adhere to it. Key member to be a part of strategic procurement, planning, vendor management, Budget estimates and control, service contracts implementation.
    • Develop commercial procurement strategies by choosing the suppliers that company will deal with and maintaining Techno Commercial Interaction with them.
    • Managing any SLAs that may be in place and managing any master agreements between the suppliers and the company.
    • Manage Contracts and resolve differences/ disputes.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders (Internal & External).
    • Develop cost strategies to impart effective negotiation with suppliers / service providers and ensure profitability in terms of Compliance and Cost saving.
    • Ensure fair and ethical procurement process.
    • Ensure purchases are made at competitive terms and conditions without comprising on Quality, Safety and on time delivery
    • Manage supplier audit and qualification in coordination with QA
    • Support and lead the material change implementation for the plant through collaboration with R&D and QA
    • Updation, Interaction with Global Purchase department on continuous basis.
    • To deal & interact with Global customer assigned parties.
    Skill Requirements
    • Team Management/ Leadership Exhibit administrative skills
    • MBA or any Graduate with Material Management
    • Specialized in one or two of sub functions of procurement
    • SAP Knowledge
    • Good Communication & Negotiation Skills
