Job OverviewMax Life Insurance is hiring Associate Agency Development Managers (AADM) to drive business through the Agency Channel. The role involves recruiting and managing insurance agents/advisors, training them, and driving sales to achieve business targets.Key Responsibilities
• Recruit, develop, and manage insurance advisors to build a high-performing sales team.
• Provide product training and sales support to advisors for effective selling.
• Drive business targets through the agency model by ensuring high advisor engagement.
• Support advisors in customer acquisition, sales closures, and policy servicing.

• Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
• Experience: 1-5 years in insurance sales, agency channel, BFSI, or financial services.
