Job Description

Job Title: Utility ManagerCompany: Leading Animal Health Care company in Vizag Location Designation: ManagerReporting to : GMTeam Size: 20 No. of Positions: 1Department: EngineeringDivision: API Bulk Drugs Location: Vizag Location Qualification: BE/B.Tech Mechanical (Full Time) Years of Experience:10 to 15 Years Salary Range: 8 to 13 LPAContact person: Mr.Zabi MoghalEmail: zabi@bvrpc.com Responsibilities:

  1. Perform daily routine inspection/Monitoring of all Engineering and Utilities equipment s in the site.
  2. Hands on experience in utilities as Water system (RO, WFI), Boilers/ Chillers / Cooling Towers/ Air Compressors/ Nitrogen Plant/HVAC&BMS.
  3. Manage / Control Manpower and allotting jobs to contract people in shift & on priority.
  4. Generating of Monthly reports like (Utility consumptions, Service Maintenance, Break downs etc.)
  5. Responsible for verification of planned/ scheduled and implementation of Preventive Maintenance /Calibration Program of all Equipment s and Instruments including Building Maintenance issues.
  6. Responsible for verification of review of Daily Log sheets, PMP check lists, Calibration certificates, housekeeping, Qualification documents, internal audit compliances, external audit documents.
  7. Raise / Involve, participate in closing the required QMS specific docs. Like Incidents/ Change control/ Deviations/ investigations etc.
  8. Review/modify/simplify of SOPs and Protocols of Engineering/Other dept. SOP s time to time as per the plant equipment requirements.
  9. Preparation of revenue budget and capex budget for the respective area and same need to submit to HOD.
  10. Ensure maximum availability of equipment s at optimum performance level.
  11. To ensure the smooth operation of utilities.
  12. Releasing the work order related to maintenance dept.
  13. Verifying the GRNs and Certifying the bills.
  14. Engineering (utility) material follow up with purchase department
  15. Ensuring qualification activities of the utility equipment s
  16. Coordination in energy auditing and energy conversation.
  17. Preparing SOPs for new equipment and revision of the old one.
  18. Involving in the preparation of preventive checklist, preventive schedules, calibration. schedules, equipment matrix and Master list of equipment and instruments.
  19. Maintain Safety standards.
