Work location shall be Wayanad, Kerala. This is a full-time, junior-level position based in Wayanad. We prefer Female candidates who can speak Kannada well. Openings are available in various locations such as Cochin, Calicut, Munnar, Wagamon, Kumarakom, Alleppey, Trivandrum etc. Candidates should have between 1 to 3 years of work experience in the relevant field.Qualifications And Skills Strong expertise in the hospitality industry (Mandatory skill). Proven experience in guest relations (Mandatory skill). Proficiency in front office operations (Mandatory skill). Excellent customer service skills to ensure guest satisfaction. Knowledge of front office operations and administrative tasks. Experience in hospitality management to oversee daily operations. Prior exposure to resort environments and managing guest expectations.Roles And Responsibilities Welcome guests upon arrival and provide a friendly and professional greeting. Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and courteously. Address and resolve any guest queries or issues promptly and effectively. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and local attractions. Monitor guest satisfaction and devise strategies for improvement. Conduct regular inspections to ensure the safety and comfort of guests. Provide guests with information about the hotel, its services, and amenities.,
