Job descriptionThe Guest Service Associate - F&B Service (Hostess) is responsible for maintaining the highest standards in guest handling, striving for the development of sales and clientele in the restaurant. Reporting to the Senior Captain, the Hostess ensures adherence to pre decided Standard Operating Procedures, contributing to a positive and welcoming atmosphere. Established Duties:
1. Adhere to the rules and regulations of the hotel.
2. Uphold the mission statement of the establishment.
3. Receive and seat guests in a professional manner.
4. Ensure the presentation of clean and presentable menus to guests.
5. Reserve tables based on guest preferences.
6. Assist team members as needed.
7. Maintain proper records of restaurant bookings.
8. Engage in suggestive selling to encourage upselling.
9. Take orders according to established standards.
