The candidate must have expertise in accounting, taxation, GST, TDS, income tax returns, and cash handling. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can ensure compliance with accounting standards and contribute to efficient financial management.Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger
• Handle GST, TDS, and Income Tax return (ITR) filings, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements
• Maintain accurate financial records, reconciliations, and monthly/quarterly/yearly reporting
• Monitor and manage cash flow, petty cash, and bank transactions
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for ongoing and upcoming projects
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies as required
• Prepare MIS reports for management to support decision-making
• Ensure timely vendor payments and maintain vendor accounts
Requirements
• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 7-10 years of proven experience as an Accountant, preferably in the real estate industry
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and Income Tax
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, ERP, MS Excel)
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail
