The broader goal is to use decentralized renewable energy to facilitate good health, improved well being, last mile delivery of health services, reduced mortality etc. through the integration of climate inclusive technologies into the healthcare services. About the Role: As the Senior Finance Manager, will be responsible for managing finance, cash flow, guiding maintenance of accounts, all financial reporting, audit, logistics, procurement, etc for 25000 health facilities under the EnergyForHealth program.The role requires an approach which challenges the set paradigms and comes up with end to end solutions for ensuring smooth functioning employing resourcefulness and innovation in implementation and monitoring of problems. Responsibilities: - Anchoring and managing (end to end) the finance division of the EnergyForHealth program- Understanding organisation healthcare approach, focus themes and different sustainable energy technologies / equipment. - Develop a strategic plan for financial management of the program covering 25000 health facilities by 2026. - Direct the investment activities, allocations and manage overall program budgeting and fund flows.- Create robust financial models at the central,regional and programmatic levels for scaling of DRE driven health technologies - Conduct financial analysis and develop benchmarks for expenditure at all stages of pre-during-post implementation - Prepare financial forecasting reports and provide guidance on fundraising strategy to the senior management - Overall guidance to the operations team to improve financial performance and achieve set deliverables. - Enhancing the procedure, systems and principles in the areas of cash flow and management, enhanced management reporting and looking for opportunities to expand systems where required. - Preparing annual budgets and unlocking finances for renewable energy-based interventions through banks, MFIs, central and state govt. schemes. - Effectively tracking, analyzing and sharing reports on weekly / monthly / quarterly performance of the programs in terms of budgetary requirements. - Creative problem solving for challenges and escalating where required. - Ensuring organizational processes and guidelines are adhered to. Requirements: - Minimum 10 years of work experience, supporting financial management and leadership ; work experience in the Health sector is preferred. - Graduate/PG with a Finance & Accounts background with good numerical and computer skills is required. - Work experience in handling PFMS Govt portal will be preferred. - Ability to write and review financial agreements and create financial processes. - Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and oral. - Understanding of the communities and overall public health ecosystem will be preferred. - Strong skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail. - Experience in budgeting and forecasting. - Willingness to learn, grow and develop at personal and professional front, at a rapid pace with a steep learning curve. - Ability to work in an interdisciplinary and multicultural environment. - Willingness to travel extensively in difficult terrains within and outside the State as and when require,
