  • Drive Renewal Services pull through Channel partners
  • Channel enablement of S360P adaptation & Renewal motion
  • Services related partner enablement, education, promotion including governance
  • Ongoing governance of Missing registrations project and increase Renewals pull-through
  • Partner relationship managers for key PBS partners/disti s
  • Drive strategic projects on Renewal Service enhancements per external feedback
  • Increase in Partner satisfaction scores
  • Functions as the primary liaison between key partners and our operations data team to help resolve data / entitlement issues that are impacting renewal sales.
  • Leads escalation issues that are data related and drives them to closure for the renewal sales team
  • Communicates data and issue analysis to stakeholders
  • Provides tangible feedback and proposes changes to sales processes and policies to improve efficiency and minimize risk of failures
  • Provides guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members
Education and Experience Required:
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent in any field (preferably IT/ Sales )
  • Experience in handling Channel management & project management
  • 6+ years of Sales/Ops experience; designing / implementing policies, processes, and tools to provide operations support for sales activities and customer interaction
  • Highly skilled & experienced in XLS & PPT skills
  • Strong reporting skills
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Strong analytical, statistics and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication & presentation skills
  • Understanding of and experience in applying business and sales operations practices and process design to situations
  • Use forecasting and planning methodologies to develop guidance for deploying sales and operational resources and Communicate sales operations plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at management levels
  • Demonstrated sales orientation and understanding of sales process
  • Demonstrated account management, acquisition, retention and development skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of companys portfolios of products and services
  • Demonstrated knowledge of IT and/or industry solutions, products and services to solve business challenges
  • Demonstrated communication and negotiation skills
  • Able to lead and work within a team
  • Depending on role, may require hunter approach or strategic farmer or relationship selling approach.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in a Customer Relationahip Management system or Saleforce system which allows businesses to manage business relationships and the data and information associated with them.
