ASCI (Automated Solution and Configuration Inspection) Analytics and diagnostics tools team is looking for a Lead Software Engineer with below defined roles and responsibilities.Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery. 2. Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship. 3. Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices 4. Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team. 5. Collaborate with other software developers, project managers and software architects to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain diagnostics and analytics applications 6. Assist in the collection and documentation of users requirements, development of user stories, estimates and work plans. 7. Work with automation team to enhance software testing. 8. Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code. 9. Work with teammates in the migration of legacy applications to newer technologies. 10. Develop, refine, and tune integrations between applications. 11. Analyse and resolve technical and application problems. 12. Assess opportunities for application and process improvement and prepare documentation of rationale to share with team members and other affected parties. 13. Research and evaluate a variety of software products and technical stacks. 14. Maintain current scripts and if require any bug fixing work out remediation and where possible fixPrimary Skills required 1. Min 3 years of good hands-on experience in writing Python and Shell-Scripts 2. Extensive knowledge in troubleshooting/ working with Linux and Windows environment 3. Experience in Bash scripting (including GNU utilities that might be called such as awk andsed) 4. Database knowledge (PL/SQL, Informix, OracleSecondary Skills required: 1. Knowledge in Python frameworks like Django 2. Knowledge of front end technologies (Angular, HTML5, CSS, Javascript) 3. Knowledge of AWS and other clouds application deployment 4. Experience in Networking and Security 5. Avaya Aura and Contact Center product knowledge,
