Job Description

This position is for a role in the AM Finance Central team, which is responsible for the control, reporting and analysis of financials and closing month-end activities . Functional Responsibilities

  • Engage & work on a functional activities related to key senior management reporting like flows, AUM, expense reports, financial reports & analysis
  • Engage with stakeholders, functional leads & CFO s on various issues & providing resolution
  • Supporting & responding to ad hoc requests for reviews
  • Review of the dashboard & coordinating with the team on issues & enhancements
  • Month-end activities for all the financials of firm
  • Working with the teams for Planning & budgeting exercise
  • Preparation & review of the scorecards
  • Liaisoning with MIS Platform teams for enhancement and upgradation of primary systems in line with client requirements
Personal Attributes
  • The role requires close co-ordination with multiple teams across the organization locally and globally hence looking for someone with excellent communication and negotiating skills
  • Should have a proven track record of identifying opportunities for efficiencies and executing the same
  • Strong technical skills Advanced Excel is a must. Alteryx, Tableau knowledge, Python would be added advantage
  • This role is highly deadline driven with multiple priorities at same time hence the individual should have ability to handle pressure and prioritize activities in consultation with the stakeholders
Qualifications
  • CA / MBA with relevant work experience
  • Strong P&A/Financial reporting knowledge
  • Experience with Revenue/expense management analysis and reporting, including budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis a plus
