A day in the life of an Infoscion As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role would be to actively aid the consulting team in different phases of the project including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation and design and deployment You will explore the alternatives to the recommended solutions based on research that includes literature surveys, information available in public domains, vendor evaluation information, etc. and build POCs You will create requirement specifications from the business needs, define the to-be-processes and detailed functional designs based on requirements. You will support configuring solution requirements on the products; understand if any issues, diagnose the root-cause of such issues, seek clarifications, and then identify and shortlist solution alternatives You will also contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high quality value adding solutions to customers. Merchandise the website and make it easy for customers to find, browse and buy products, services, and content on site. Create, plan and schedule site merchandising campaigns including new content launches and promotional campaigns. Optimize product categories online including search results, Optimization rules, product sort order, promotional banners, product recommendations. Optimize content, merchandising campaigns, and site navigation. Analyze data to identify customer segmentation strategies to utilize when merchandising content and continually improve the online shopping experience. Partner with the brand team to execute promotional events, site merchandising campaigns and bespoke launches. Leverage customer analytics tools to improve customer experience and key metrics (i.e. traffic, conversion, add to bag & cart abandonment). Implement compelling merchandising, product placement and navigation strategies to drive product conversion. Analyze guest behavior, site metrics and relates Identify opportunities to improve site layout, look and feel, content, efficiency and automation and work cross-functionally to implement them.
